Since it is easy to digest, it is a very healthy option to eat soup for every meal, including breakfast. (Vegan) Broccoli Soup! So let me give you a recipe for one of my favorite soups. It is like a creamy but without flour, very healthy and nutritious soup made with just 2-3 ingredients.
- 500 grams of broccoli
- 400 ml. Coconut milk
- 200 ml. water Sal
- t and pepper
- If you have, some nutmeg
After weeding the thick outer parts of the stems of broccoli, chop it roughly. Cook all the ingredients in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Then blend until smooth. It’s that simple.
If you find it thick, you can add a little more water. I usually make soups thick, because I love it that way 🙂
Pumpkin seeds are a very good choice to top this soup with.
