I am actually not a fan of figs, but this combination with tahini is so sweet and creamy, totally delicious! I found a delicious Vegan Cake recipe.

This recipe makes 4 little cakes.
Crust:
- 50 gr soaked dried figs
- 25 gr walnuts
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Filling:
- 100 gr coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener of choice (optional, figs might be sweet enough)
- a pinch of salt
Vegan Cake Recipe
Blend the crust ingredients together and press into muffin forms. Then blend the filling and put it over the crust. Refrigerate overnight or let it stay in the freezer for a couple of hours.
