This avocado chocolate mousse that I made also for my family a few weeks ago is so delicious and was approved by beginners to healthy desserts. ☺️ Loaded with healthy fats and sweetened with natural sugar. 💕
Avocado Mousse Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados 🥑
- 1 very ripe banana 🍌
- 2 tablespoons cacao
- 1 tablespoon honey 🍯 (or another natural sweetener if you want to make it vegan)
Directions
Blend everything and cool in the fridge for a while. That’s all you have to do! 😊
The mousse is a light and healthy dessert for people who are on a diet. The recipe requires no cooking and the ingredients can be easily found in any household pantry.
